Information on conformity under the Accessibility Act (Accessibility Statement)

Accessibility Statement 

Everyone should be able to use products and services without restrictions, for example, via digital channels such as online banking, our website, or self-service devices. This is called barrier-free use. The rules for this are set out in a law. In Poland, the law is called Act on the digital accessibility of public entities' websites and mobile applications, dated April 4, 2019. 

We want to ensure that all of our products and services covered by the Accessibility Statement are barrier-free. 

Requirements for the digital accessibility of our services

We adhere to the requirements of these norms and standards: 

• European Standard 301 549 – Accessibility of information and communication technology 
• Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 according to the requirements of level AA
